Hyperbranched surfactants are currently one of the research hotspots in the world, and their excellent performance has attracted countless people to conduct research in this area, constantly launching new varieties and developing many new products with practical application value. Ahsuperchem has conducted research on the performance of Hyperbranched gemini quaternary ammonium salts through experiments and found that this type of surfactant has excellent properties that many other surfactants do not possess.
This type of surfactant has an extremely low critical micelle concentration, especially C12, which can reach up to below 20μmol/L.
It can be mixed with almost all commonly used anionic surfactants without precipitation. This surfactant can be mixed with different concentrations of anionic surfactants (such as sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate, sodium dodecyl sulfonate, sodium dodecyl sulfate, AES, AESS, etc.) in different proportions without precipitation.
Can be mixed with anionic polymer without precipitation. This surfactant can be mixed with anionic sodium polyacrylate, anionic polyacrylamide, acrylic maleic acid copolymer without precipitation, and has a wide range of polymer compatibility.
This product is acid resistant, alkali resistant, and salt resistant. The surfactant can maintain stable performance in 40% H2SO4, 30% NaOH, and 25% Na2SO4 solutions.
Has excellent bactericidal ability at extremely low concentrations, with Staphylococcus aureus, Candida albicans, and Escherichia coli as experimental bacteria, The sterilization rate below 10×10-6 can reach over 99.7%. Industrial production experiments have also shown that when used for industrial circulating water sterilization and algae killing, not only is the dosage small, but the efficacy lasts for a long time.
This surfactant has extremely high charge density and excellent emulsifying ability for mineral oil, vegetable oil, asphalt, etc.
